I was found not guilty of three charges, only one of which would have been enough to destroy my life. I got into a fight and all I did was defend myself. The police officer charged me with simple assault. The DA at the preliminary court added 2 charges to assure that I get convicted at trial. I walke...d out of the prelim. with a summary and two misdemeanor charges. The victim was going as hard as he could. The victim showed up on every single event, even when his presence was not required. He would talk to the DA on regular basis arguing if any charges could be added. He was able to talk the DA to raise my summary mischief to a FELONY!! I graduated medical school and am trying to get a residency. The word felony made me postpone my ERAS application for a year. I decided to change my lawyer who did not believe in me. All lawyers I visited were trying to lower my expectations even though I was innocent. Randall reassured me and assured me that he would never settle for a plea deal. He fought till the last minute until we won. This is why I believe he is the best: 1. He was 100% on my side. At the trial, i. Attorney Randall accused the DA of throwing inappropriate charges to my case. Once this was addressed, it was accepted by the judge and reversed/amended prior to initiation of trial. ii. Attorney Randall presented the case very strongly and asked the victim questions that revealed his lies. iii. He used the digital data to show the judge that the victim was responsible for his own injuries. iv. He used the witnesses in a perfect manner. v. He made changes to the plan during the trial when warranted. 11. I also noticed that I am not the only one who admires attorney Randall. We are so grateful for Mr. Riccitui! Our daughter had gotten herself into some trouble. My husband and I live states away and Mr. Riccituti was able to get her felony and misdemeanor charges reduced to 3 months probation. We only had to leave Georgia twice during the whole process!
