RANDY IS A ROCKSTAR

Randy helped me on 2 cases. The first was a 2nd time offense DUI and he and his team did a wonderful job not only keeping me updated on my case and potential outcomes, but also got me a fantastic deal given the situation. The second was an incident where I was caught driving on my suspended license ...for an emergency and he drove 2 hours to Oil City and got me the ABSOLUTE BEST case scenario. He is truly there for his clients and I cannot speak highly enough if you need an attorney for anything, he is your guy.

Highly recommend!

My 17 year old son got a speeding ticket on the turnpike--his first time driving it alone. Not knowing the ramifications and thinking he was doing the right thing, he paid it on-line and plead guilty, thinking that would be the end of it. A few days later he got a notice that his license was being ...suspended. It was being suspended because of the rate of speed and because of his age. Had he been older, he would not have had it suspended. I called Mr. Ricciuti and left a message late in the day on a Friday. I was surprised when he called me back on Saturday--especially when he said he thought he could help. He first met my son and I in Monroeville. He was in the area and it saved us a trip to town. He filed the appeals for us and walked us through everything step by step. Every time I called him, he called me right back. He was very kind and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Mr. Ricciuti was able to get the charges significantly reduced, and my son didn't get any points nor did he lose his license. He just got a fine. Our biggest concern was the loss of license and having a charge like this on his record at such a young age. Fortunately, thanks to Mr. Ricciuti, we do not have to worry about that. My son learned a very valuable lesson, and hopefully he will be more careful in the future.

Attorney Ricciuti is amazing!

Boy, am I glad I contacted Attorney Randall Ricciuti! I have only praise for this man. He is a veritable life-saver! MOST IMPORTANT: RESULTS. The stakes were very high; I was facing some pretty serious charges with repeat offenses, and the proverbial deck was clearly stacked against me. I know ...this, because several highly qualified Attorneys ... one with 40 years of experience ... were unable to help. Basically, I was being told by all to accept an unacceptable EDP, or prepare for trial ... that was until I contacted Attorney Ricciuti. In short order, Attorney Ricciuti had the whole matter reduced to a simple Summary Charge, which is basically a traffic ticket. How did he do this? What seemed to be the work of a magician just makes simple sense. Attorney Ricciuti is a former Allegheny County Prosecutor himself. He knows how the system works from both sides. And he explained it to me, so now I understand it. By thoroughly laying out my case from the Prosecutor's point of view in the way that he did, Attorney Ricciuti showed me that he understands the Prosecutor's mindset and vulnerabilities, and possesses a firm grasp of the process. In my first meeting with him, Attorney Ricciuti relieved my stress, anxiety and genuine fear by helping me to understand the realities and practicalites of my situation and to concretely visualize the route by which I was to be guided though it ... and out of it. And he never left me in the dark on the single most important matter affecting life and my peace of mind. And, he did all this without hollow promises. His ethics are impeccable. He was never a salesman. He gave it to me straight. And when I hired him, he performed ... like a magician. AMAZING! Thank You, Attorney Ricciuti! ~ Amazed
