Randall Ricciuti is an exemplary Attorney. He achieved a terrific outcome for me! Prompt and professional service; always on the ball, very reliable. Relative to where I was before meeting with him, I was in the best of all possible worlds when it was over. I was charged with two criminal offences, that no rational person would want on their record, nor could any professional with a future afford to have showing up in a standard background check. Not a chance; couldn't have it. His strategy was clever, simple and made perfect sense, unlike all the nonsense that had been suggested to me by the other firms. And his objective for my case was clear-cut: I had to have the charges withdrawn, and wanted assurance that would likely happen. No other attorney interviewed even suggested this route. He handled the same type of case shortly prior in the same manner, and got an excellent result, so his client could move on with her life. He was meticulous, prompt and prepared for court, and the lines of communication between he and I were open and active throughout the entire process, never left me in the dark. Paid this guy who claimed he was giving me a discount. I was overcharged. Hearing wasn't until about two months later, I called a few weeks before the hearing to ask some questions and to see if there was any updates. (Up until this point I had not heard a single word from this lawyer or firm after m...aking payment although I was told he should be contacting me the following week). Upon calling a few weeks before court, after giving my name and information he said "we thought we'd never hear from you again. Basically what w mean is, did you decide to hire us or not?" AFTER I had paid him hundreds of dollars he had no idea I was even his client?!?!?!?!? He would've showed up to court unprepared with nothing but a suit and a bogus defense. If I were to ever need legal help again I would NEVER use this lawyer. The firm might be okay (idk) but this lawyer is not someone to go to if you'd like a lawyer who gives a damn about your future/case. I hired another lawyer in the area who went over options Riciutti never discussed and always stayed in contact. I lost out on my money but it was worth it to hire a lawyer who actually wanted to help me and got me the outcome I was looking for. Be weary when reaching out to this lawyer.

I'm so glad that I was able to hire the DRK Law Firm. Attorney Randall Ricciuti was positively masterful in handling my case. He's a top-notch lawyer and definitely the one to trust when you need serious legal help. Also, Attorney Ricciuti is former Allegheny County Prosecutor, with a proven track ...record and very adept at resolving tricky situations. I had a frightening and nerve-wracking dilemma for me and my family and friends, and made all the worse being from out-of-state. I was caught up in a sting operation and arrested by a brand new 24 year old police woman whom I had obviously rubbed the wrong way, and appeared determined to ruin my life. Having studied at a prestigious performing arts school, and worked part time with gifted children and their well-do-do families, I had things to lose. The future was bright and clear. Mr.Ricciuti helped me with a bench warrant for a ard probation violation in Pittsburgh. Even though I no longer live in PA he was still able to help me take care of this matter.
