Randall T. Ricciuti

I am beyond grateful for the service, time and effort that Mr. Randall Ricciuti was able to put towards my case. I made a poor decision that had the potential to affect my future, my goals and my career, thankfully Mr. Ricciuti was there to guide my next steps and ensure the most positive outcome tha...t I could have imagined. Though my lack of knowledge as to how the criminal justice system works initially scared me, Mr. Ricciuti was always available to talk on the phone or answer text messages to walk me through the processes in a way that I was able to understand how it would impact me. In addition to his excellence in providing me with answers, Mr. Randall Ricciuti showed me the most professional and kind behavior that I could have asked for. On the day of my hearing, myself and everyone else assigned to that court room were to wait for the Judge in the courtroom together. Out of respect to me and my privacy, Mr. Ricciuti waited outside the room of people to meet with the officer associated with my case so as to not violate my privacy by discussing the case in front of people who had no concern with it or with my personal information. Mr. Ricciuti was able to get my citation for carrying a false identification card dismissed and expunged from my record and for that, I am eternally grateful for his help and his time.

After receiving a list of misdemeanors and a felony charge, I was at risk of losing my career and professional license. My 17 year old son got a speeding ticket on the turnpike--his first time driving it alone. Not knowing the ramifications and thinking he was doing the right thing, he paid it on-line and plead guilty, thinking that would be the end of it. A few days later he got a notice that his license was being ...suspended. It was being suspended because of the rate of speed and because of his age. Had he been older, he would not have had it suspended. I called Mr. Ricciuti and left a message late in the day on a Friday. I was surprised when he called me back on Saturday--especially when he said he thought he could help. He first met my son and I in Monroeville. He was in the area and it saved us a trip to town. He filed the appeals for us and walked us through everything step by step. Every time I called him, he called me right back. He was very kind and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Mr. Ricciuti was able to get the charges significantly reduced, and my son didn't get any points nor did he lose his license. He just got a fine. Our biggest concern was the loss of license and having a charge like this on his record at such a young age. Fortunately, thanks to Mr. Ricciuti, we do not have to worry about that. My son learned a very valuable lesson, and hopefully he will be more careful in the future.
