Paid this guy who claimed he was giving me a discount. I was overcharged. Hearing wasn't until about two months later, I called a few weeks before the hearing to ask some questions and to see if there was any updates. (Up until this point I had not heard a single word from this lawyer or firm after m...aking payment although I was told he should be contacting me the following week). Upon calling a few weeks before court, after giving my name and information he said "we thought we'd never hear from you again. Basically what w mean is, did you decide to hire us or not?" AFTER I had paid him hundreds of dollars he had no idea I was even his client?!?!?!?!? He would've showed up to court unprepared with nothing but a suit and a bogus defense. If I were to ever need legal help again I would NEVER use this lawyer. The firm might be okay (idk) but this lawyer is not someone to go to if you'd like a lawyer who gives a damn about your future/case. I hired another lawyer in the area who went over options Riciutti never discussed and always stayed in contact. I lost out on my money but it was worth it to hire a lawyer who actually wanted to help me and got me the outcome I was looking for. Be weary when reaching out to this lawyer.

I'm so glad that I was able to hire the DRK Law Firm. Attorney Randall Ricciuti was positively masterful in handling my case. He's a top-notch lawyer and definitely the one to trust when you need serious legal help. Also, Attorney Ricciuti is former Allegheny County Prosecutor, with a proven track ...record and very adept at resolving tricky situations. I had a frightening and nerve-wracking dilemma for me and my family and friends, and made all the worse being from out-of-state. I was caught up in a sting operation and arrested by a brand new 24 year old police woman whom I had obviously rubbed the wrong way, and appeared determined to ruin my life. Having studied at a prestigious performing arts school, and worked part time with gifted children and their well-do-do families, I had things to lose. The future was bright and clear. Then this happened, and my whole world turned upside-down. My case was convoluted from an experience with a prior attorney, with repeated unsuccessful hearings and wanted me to plead guilty to a bad crime because the prosecution had evidence against me and the brand new lead cop wouldn't budge. The fact it was a 2nd time scenario (although first time dismissed and expunged), along with the nature of the crime, was distressing. There's a lot to be said about Attorney Ricciuti's ability to handle my problem on the spot at the hearing, after my prior lawyer was unsuccessful on several occasions. It was almost like a miracle happened after four long months and seven hour trips from out of state, only to get no where and find out deals on the table were suddenly dropped, one was that I would plead guilty to a bad crime (with a stigma) and a year later would be wiped off my record, which turned out to be untrue. Attorney Ricciuti is an experienced former prosecutor in the same jurisdiction my case was in. Also, he has a certain finesse with people, smoothing out difficult situations and resolving conflicts. With a unique combination of tenacity and finesse, he accomplished his mission right away. I was so impressed! He went beyond what was expected, even working out a great deal on the fine, getting it down to a very nominal amount. In the end, Excellent Results: Charges withdrawn and reduced to a summary - what a relief! He definitely saved me from a horrible conviction. And, after the hearing, I approached and apologized to the arresting officer for my part. She returned with a wave, smile and a pleasant, "good day." Unbelievable. The world was made right again. This was going on over the holidays - my family said what a great Christmas gift I received! We are overjoyed for the work Attorney Ricciuti did for me.

Boy, am I glad I contacted Attorney Randall Ricciuti! I have only praise for this man. He is a veritable life-saver! MOST IMPORTANT: RESULTS.
