It All Came Together With Ease

At first, I was just really upset and disappointed that an employer would let me go after all that was said and done. I knew they did me wrong. I told my story to another lawyer (a high school friend) and she immediately told me to do something about it. She referred me to Peter Romero. I’m so glad s...he did. I was very emotional when we first met, but he made me feel at ease with all of this. He asked questions to make sure I was okay and that understood what needed to be done in order to move forward. I appreciate his honesty, and you can tell he is a genuine person and a great lawyer.

Extremely knowledgable

Peter Romero is an excellent lawyer who is extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. Mr. Romero helped me through a very difficult time in my life after issues occurred at my job where I had worked for over 12 years. I would recommend Peter Romero to anyone who has been fired, discriminated again...st or not fairly treated at their job.

I highly recommend Peter A. Romero

Mr. Romero represented me in mediation with my employer who wrongfully terminated me. I am VERY happy with the outcome. I definitely needed an attorney for this and he was an excellent choice. My employer suggested that my hiring an attorney would not be to my benefit, so I was hesitant, but follo...wed my "gut" feeling that I was wrongfully terminated. I'm not allowed to get more specific, but not only did he obtain an excellent settlement, but he was so warm in our conversations as well as forthcoming about what to expect and what he would be able to do for me.

Head and Shoulders above all Lawyers

I hired Peter after being released by the maniacal president of a company who obviously felt workplace laws didn't apply to him and weren't put in place to protect his employees. Peter came very highly recommended and still was able to "dazzle" me. From the beginning Peter kept me "in the loop...," every step of the way, letting met know what to expect and when to expect it. When the trial date arrived he was able to soothe my nervousness caused by giving testimony to some very high priced attornies. While Peter "prepped" me, he predicted almost all of the questions that the opposing lawyers would ask. Watching Peter "do battle" against his opposing lawyers was truly something to behold. Not only was Peter extremely Professional, the award that I received was above the high end of what Peter told me to expect.

Work Place Lawyer

I retained Peter Romero's highly recommended services after being released by the maniacal president of a company that thought that workplace rules and laws didn't apply to him. He also obviously believed they weren't put in place to protect anyone he employed. I took my potential case to Peter Ro...mero and told him the fact as I remembered and knew them. Without hesitation Peter took my case and "held my hand" every step of the way. He kept in constant touch with me, letting me know what to expect and when to expect it. More importantly, Peter made sure my nerves were set aside despite having to give testimony to many high priced lawyers being retained by my former company. As it turned our Peter was right about EVERYTHING and I received a higher award than I could have ever expected. Hiring Peter was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"I was privileged to work under Peter's tutelage as an Associate in Long Island, New York. To this day, I consider him to be my role model. I have personally seen Peter work tirelessly for his clients, leaving no stone unturned. He is simply a natural and does not stop working until he is completely satisfied with his work product. With a combination of intellect, up-to-date knowledge of the law (including its nuances) and wit, I have observed him tackle and subdue the position of attorneys from white shoe law firms. In negotiations and at trial, he articulates his position with utmost resolve and persuasion, obtaining higher than expected results for his clients. With that said, it is no surprise that Peter has a very high success rating in achieving settlements and verdicts on behalf of employees, assuring his clients that he leaves no money on the table. If you hire Peter A. Romero, Esq. you can rest assured you have a tough negotiator and litigator by your side."
