I am a dedicated Collaborative divorce attorney and trained mediator. My practice focuses on assisting anyone who is thinking about a divorce and wants to do so in a dignified and mature manner. I am specially trained to help you navigate this path in a way that will not financially or emotionally bankrupt you or your family. And best of all, it does not involve the courts. Collaborative divorce is a totally private process, with a team of professionals who are there to assist you with finding a better way forward and coming up with an agreement that you and your family can live with for years to come. Mediation is a confidential process that provides you with a safe setting where you can work together with your spouse, or significant other, with a neutral person there to facilitate the settlement talks. Again, the tremendous benefit to you is that there is no court involvement at all.
