The Law and Mediation Practice of Catherine Canadé serves clients in Downtown Brooklyn and Nassau and Suffolk counties of Long Island. Catherine’s practice is dedicated exclusively to non-litigious solutions for families in transition. Through divorce and family mediation, the collaborative process, or negotiated settlement – where the clients shape and determine the results – Catherine assists her clients in achieving resolutions that are workable, affordable and durable, through processes that are far more efficient and cost effective in resolving conflict than working through the court system.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have had the privilege of working with Catherine Canade on certain divorce matters and have always found her to be knowledgeable, responsive, professional and compassionate. She is that attorney who goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients are fully informed throughout the process, while safeguarding them legally. She also provides resources to ensure each client is protected financially and emotionally. She is flexible and creative, often thinking outside the box and she brings a wealth of experience and insight to each case she is working on. Catherine is a stellar example of how an attorney should provide legal guidance to their clients. I wholeheartedly endorse Catherine as an attorney/mediator.
