Biography
Christopher C. Brocato is a former Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney. He served in the District Court, Domestic Violence, Case Advisory and Major Crime Bureaus. In February of 2008, Mr. Brocato left the District Attorney’s Office and with Douglas P. Byrne formed the law firm of Brocato and Byrne, L.L.P. Mr. Brocato has handled thousands of criminal matters including numerous high profile cases. His practice has a strong emphasis on aggressive criminal defense and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome on each and every case he handles. In 2010, Mr. Brocato expanded his practice to include personal injury and is committed to obtaining the highest possible verdict or settlement for his clients. Mr. Brocato is dedicated to client satisfaction, and to this end he believes this can only be achieved when clients have an open line of communication to their attorney. This includes giving his clients ample time to explain their particular situation, explain their concerns and having a clear understanding on what a successful outcome is to his clients.
