We have worked with Matthew over the past few years having him represent us in three separate real estate closing/purchase transactions. He is professional, always available any time day/night/weekend to answer our questions/concerns, and always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. His fees ...are reasonable as well. This time, we saw a property we loved but there was another interested buyer and it was a race to see who could get the contract out. In January 2019, Matt Tannenbaum promptly following initial consultation took the action necessary to cause the quick removal of a Holdover tenant. From initial consultation to the tenant’s departure from the residence was less than 30 days.
