I obtained my undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1991. Thereafter, I obtained my Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1995, and have been practicing law ever since. Upon graduating law school I worked for a small firm in Manhattan for over 10 years. In 2004, I left the firm to start my own practice, where I have concentrated on helping to fill people's legal needs. I have vast experience in several fields, but have found that the most important aspect of practicing law is to provide clients with personal accessibility and sound advice all at extremely competitive pricing.

EASY AS PIE
As I was in need of an attorney to draw up my Will and to create a Trust, I reached out to the family for advice. Lucy Titone was the attorney recommended. From the moment I called the firm to make my appointment, I felt special (not just another number). There were a couple of meetings, and each one was scheduled at MY convience. Lucy is very professional, intelligent and warmhearted. I am exceedingly satisfied with the outcome of my transactions as everything was explained to me clearly. I am now the fifth member of my family who has put faith in Lucy's expertise. And we all feel as if we are members of Lucy's family !!

Highly recommended
We hired Lucy to represent us on the sale of our house as well as estate planning. She is professional, friendly and courteous. Everything was explained in a way that was easily understood. She also is easy to contact and responds quickly to emails/voicemails. I highly recommend Lucy.

So glad we had Lucy Titone as our lawyer
We needed legal advice for real estate and was recommended by a friend who used her. We made an appointment, and immediately hired her. She made you feel so welcomed, she was informative and we felt like we were talking to a friend. We would recommend her to anyone now and have. We will be using her now for our Will. When you can actually believe and not simply trust an Attorney...
As noted in my title, Attorneys typically leave me overwhelmed with skepticism however, with Lucy Titone, these sentiments were misguided. Although I have never met her in person, she represented me in my legal dealings with a zeal exceeding dollars & cents. She was candid. She fully advised me of my options and presented me with alternative scenarios which in time allowed me to respect, trust and believe in her and her abilities. Friendly Hardworking and persistent
Lucy handled a complicated closing for my parents house . Throughout the entire process she kept us informed and answered any questions or concerns we had. She took as much time as we needed to explain things What was so refreshing was that she would answer her phone or if you left a message she would always return your call in a timely manner. I never felt rushed when I need something explained She made you feel as though you had a family member working for you.

Lucy handled a very complicated estate/unclaimed funds case for me that involved 3 wills in 2 different states. The only reason we prevailed was her determination and attention to detail. She has also done an LLC formation and several closings on my behalf. Lucy is in top of her game !

Great Lawyer...
Lucy Titone has worked with myself and my family in a very difficult estate that my father left behind. Lucy was patient and gave us all scenarios to all situations dealing with our many assets of our cases... I only wish I had Lucy as my estate lawyer from the beginning, Lucy was happy to step in and help us go forward working with the Estate attorney we hired who we learned to dislike. Is a NICE lawyer an oxymoron?
Lucy Titone is the most honest, competent, reliable and intelligent attorney with whom I have had the privilege to work. We (three sisters) hired her for a complicated estate issue which she untangled for us. We were thoroughly satisfied with the end result and with her commitment to keeping us informed. She handled our case with empathy and we really appreciated that. To say we were satisfied is an understatement. We were ecstatic that e hired her and actually enjoyed speaking with her.
