Matt was swift and persuasive he owned the court room and got what needed to be done done. We had another eviction law firm id mention their name but matt would be mad at me hes a good person we could tell that when we first met him which was on a Saturday who does that ... Most other lawyers mon ...to fri then we saw he was a dog lover and the caring way he treats people who work for him . We had a squatter living in my deceased ex mother inlaws house and with these dopey libeturd laws that everyone has rights but its ashamed the rights arent for the honest home owner paying all the bills for these wastes of lifes welcome to new York the all the wrong people have rights state (dont get me started) Matt sat down explained everything we spent more time being helped by matt our first meeting than with almost 3 years being represented by siegel lawfirm sorry matt i had too and with them we never knew what was going on we find out about the upcoming court dates from squatty and we didn't dare contact them by phone ... email any form of contact they would bill us all during covid statement after statement and they weren't doing anything. Matt was and is a very helpful lawyer and very informative. This was my first landlord/tenant case, and he was able to walk me through the process and help deal with the most difficult tenants especially during this pandemic.
