ABOUT BRADLEY D. SCHNUR, ESQ.

A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and a former Prosecutor and corporate in-house attorney, Bradley D. Schnur is very active in the community.

Bradley presently serves as a volunteer Arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City of New York, a volunteer Mediator in the Nassau County District Court Landlord-Tenant Part, and has recently been appointed to the Nassau County Police Department's Commissioner's Community Council.

Bradley is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and District of Columbia and is admitted to the Federal Courts of the Southern District and Eastern District of New York.  Bradley is a member of the American Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).

Great choice!
Great law firm. I was being evicted in the Patchogue Suffolk district court due to my roommate not keeping up with her rent payments. Mr. Schnur worked out a great settlement deal in which rent arrears were waived if I surrendered the premises on the date agreed upon. I am now at my new apartment, where I was given a second change to do the right thing. Thanks for your help and for helping me get a fresh start without debt following me.

Best Attorney Ever!
We had a Hold Over case that our Landlord pursued just so that he could sell his house. The owner gave us short notice and we just couldn't move right away because we were dealing with personal matters. We called quite a few attorneys for consultations about our case and we knew right away when we consulted with Mr. Schnur that he was the only one that would be able to find the right compromise and solution to our delicate situation. Mr. Schnur always was punctual, straightforward, and always gave us the best advice and insight on how to move forward so we come to the best solution possible. And that is exactly what happened. Greetings, Mr. Schnur. I’m writing to thank you and your team for the tremendous work you put forth in handling my case. I wasn’t sure where to turn. All I knew is that my bank account was frozen and unbeknownst to me there was creditor who had acquired a $15k default judgment against me. I did a Google search - I took a look at my Google search results and immediately thought, there are just too many attorneys to make a sound decision (if wrong it will likely cost me $15k plus fees and cost). Speeding ticket
I was represented by Bradley Schnur for a speeding ticket at the Nassau County Parking & Violation’s Agency, where he was able to plea negotiate my case from a 1,000 fine and 4 pts to 0 pts on my license and a fine of $250. Mr. Bradley is a great attorney, very professional, articulate, knowledgeable and honest. I hired Mr. Bradley for my tenants eviction, for nonpayment, at a time when NY state issued a moratorium of non-eviction until Jan, 2022, but against all odds Mr Bradley had my tenants evicted in 6months. What a big help
This is to let you know what a big help Bradley D Schnur was. He was such a big help to us he took all my calls and answered all my questions and won our case against a tenant eviction. Definitely recommend
Home buying can be stressful but we supported through this process by Mr. Schnur. He was personally available every time we needed to speak. Anytime I had a question he was able to explain things to my husband and myself separately. I usually ask a million questions but explained things so thoroughly that I did not need to.
