The goal of the practice is to provide each client with specialized attention and extraordinary customer service. We schedule closings at the convenience of our clients, both day and night and we close transactions throughout the State of New York. We even close in the borrower’s home. This flexibility allows us to service all aspects of our clients’ needs.
The Law Offices of Brian M. Tracz, P.C. maintains two fully staffed offices. Its principal office is located in midtown Manhattan, conveniently located in Grand Central. With an additional office located in Forest Hills, Queens, the firm is able to expedite closings throughout the surrounding boroughs.
Brian M. Tracz received his B.S. in accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Albany. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Tracz is a member of the Queens County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, including the Real Property Section of the NYS Bar Association and the Cooperative And Condominium Committee of Queens County Bar Association. Mr. Tracz’s interests include outdoor activities with his two sons and weight training.

Very Pleased With Brian Tracz and His Team
My husband and I hired Brian twice this year to represent us in two co-op transactions (purchase in Jan. 2017 and sale in August 2017). His fee is very reasonable. In exchange for the fee, one gets peace of mind. He is backed up by a team made up of professional and thorough individuals.
