My wife and I have worked with Brian on numerous occasions both when buying and selling our properties. He will take the time to help guide you through the process and help make sure that things go as smoothly as possible. He will warn you of any legal dangers you may face but not be aware of as well... as advise you on decisions you're thinking to make.
