I have a Tenant who went from ok to really bad, stopped paying rent when asked to vacate property in October 2021. So had no choice else than evicting them. Mr. Naveed is a great help. He advised me not to get into nitty gritty, he simply asked me do i need to get the money or get the house . I wan...ted house so he recommended and moved with holdover case. We got judgement our favor in November and we already have warrants of eviction which can be executed, in case they don't move out by given date. So probably sheriff will have to evict them.
