never again

Once he receives your money, good luck trying to talk to him! Dawn, his secretary, will say he is in a closing or meeting everytime you call. Acts like the client is bothering them and want to get you off the phone ASAP. He will write one line answer in emails. Also not honest about fees. Never provi...ded a written invoice for service and deducted extra money when deal didn't go through that wasn't disclosed.

Stay away!

Recently sold a coop and my realtor chose Brian without my initial consent. Communication was slow and I felt like I was talking to myself at times. Final bill came with a ton of surprises and when I asked him to explain, he told me to go ask my realtor.

Worst Refi Experience

In all my years selling buying refinacing have I experienced worst office staff. Let's begin with the Receptionist she has an attitude from the start, sighs into the phone, I'm interrupting her nap time.. Next I made a visit to the office to drop off bank documents, Receptionist watched me walk to...ward the window picked herself up and walked away. Not a word was said, I was standing by the office window until a young lady stood up from her desk and assisted me. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. A few days later I contacted the office and receptionist sounding annoyed again, without a word transferred me to a loud mouth woman who asked me if I can read a simple letter. I am a successful businessman and to be asked if I can read I was flabbergasted. Do not use this attorney you never speak with him directly and his staff handling my refinance was hostile. He should hire competent staff to work for a pay check. I also made a formal complaint to my bank. The attorney did send a Closer who was a pleasant young man.

Paying for attorney who needs to realize his receptionist is hurting his business

We can never get through to our attorney frustrating as hell. My bank has same problem . We get lucky after a few times and the receptionist has the worst attitude. She sounds dead no enthusiasm seems we are bothering her . You hear her slamming something down like her hand or book because she ...had to pick up the phone. Worst receptionist I have come across in a place of business. I requested to speak with my attorney she tells me he is not in and then you hear her blowing hot air into the phone because I had a question. If my attorney expects payment he should consider replacing the dead air that answers the phone. My brother in law recommended this attorney I would never retain his services again until he replaces the awful receptionist.
