Initially very good communication and service so much so that I am the person that regretfully recommended him to another client that wrote a review. Brian was hired to execute and probate a will. After Months of problematic matters with the Surrogate’s Court, I was advised by Brian that I would rece...ive the paperwork from the court at the same time he did. I needed this to stop the hemorrhaging of money. He received this paperwork, gave me no notification and did not provide the paperwork to me. When I insisted, he send it to me, he cut off all communication, sent me some of the documentation, and a bill for services he had not done or completed! unfortunate that he turned into an unprofessional coward. I had other matters to take care of selling an apartment and creating 2 wills. Be Warry!!

Brian has guided me in multiple occasions and he and his staff have been thorough and efficient as well as personable and friendly. The entire team Dawn and Paulette have always responded promptly to my inquiries and needs I utilized them for real estate Purchase / sales for the past 8 years as we...ll as for my living will . They were all very patient and kept me calm and assured even at the stressful times which can happen when dealing with banks, sellers and realtors. I highly recommend Brian and his team !

My husband and I closed on a house about a week ago. Brian is very lively, funny and lights up the room when he walks in. We had a great experience from the time we went into contract until the day we closed! His office is very professional. They do not miss a thing! Brian even got us money back at t...he closing table and we were so surprised!!! Our closing was a little over an hour but less than two! He broke down & explained all the paperwork where it was extremely easy to understand & if we didn’t understand something he explained it over and over until we did. He’s so patient! My wife and I have worked with Brian on numerous occasions both when buying and selling our properties. He will take the time to help guide you through the process and help make sure that things go as smoothly as possible. He will warn you of any legal dangers you may face but not be aware of as well... as advise you on decisions you're thinking to make. As said we have worked with Brian many times before and hope to work with him again in the future. Currently we are planning on filling out a will for both my wife and I using Brians' services.
