The Law Offices of Brian M. Tracz, P.C. maintains two fully staffed offices. Its principal office is located in midtown Manhattan, conveniently located in Grand Central. With an additional office located in Forest Hills, Queens, the firm is able to expedite closings throughout the surrounding boroughs.
Brian M. Tracz received his B.S. in accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Albany. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Tracz is a member of the Queens County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, including the Real Property Section of the NYS Bar Association and the Cooperative And Condominium Committee of Queens County Bar Association. Mr. Tracz’s interests include outdoor activities with his two sons and weight training.

Coop Purchase
I just bought a coop in Queens, NY. Buying a Coop in NYC can be very complicated, however thanks to Brian and Dawn, the law secretary everything went smoothly. The seller's lawyer was not tardy with the paperwork and they even helped by calling and emailing him constantly to speed up the transaction...
