Professional, Compassionate, and Knowledgeable Consultation

I had an excellent experience consulting with Zeltser Law Group during a very stressful foreclosure-related situation. From my very first contact, I was met with kindness, patience, and true professionalism, which immediately put me at ease. The staff member who initially took my information was w...arm, attentive, and thorough, making a difficult situation feel much more manageable from the start. Attorney Naomi Zeltser followed up with me promptly and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and explained a complex legal matter in a calm, clear, and understandable way. In a world where it’s easy to feel rushed, dismissed, or like just another case number, Naomi and her team made me feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued from the very beginning. That kind of care is rare and made a real difference during an overwhelming time. Highly Recommended

From what I heard selling a home can be a stressful process. Well, this was not the case for me. I retained Naomi Zeltser. From our first conversation I knew she was the right attorney for me. She accessed my situation and advised me on how to proceed. Naomi and her team where always accessible, k...ept me updated and were able to quickly answer any questions that came up. We reviewed the contracts line by line and she explained everything. The most important thing I learned about her during this process is that she relishes a challenge. While discussing an unfavorable point in a contract that I had signed, Naomi said “Don’t worry about that. I’m your lawyer that’s my job”. From that point, I didn’t worry about a thing! I was in excellent hands. Thanks to Naomi and her assistant, the closing process went smoothly from beginning to end.

Seamless, Exceptional Experience

Naomi Zeltser represented us in the sale of our home this past September, and the purchase of our new home a month later. Both experiences were exceptional. Naomi is easy to communicate with, quick to respond, ready to explain every question and detail. Though sometimes it was enough to communicate w...ith her very competent assistant, Naomi always made time to speak to me directly, and I found her very approachable and easy to talk to. I expected to be embarrassed when asking elementary questions, but she was perfectly patient and matter-of-fact about addressing each of my concerns. This gave me the confidence to really make sure I asked and understood every step of the process. I believe that this kind of confidence and ease of communication with a real estate attorney is essential and invaluable. Naomi advocated for us on each point of our sale and purchase, and made sure the entire process went as smoothly and quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Naomi to anyone looking for a competent, professional, experienced real estate attorney who is also a genuinely lovely person.
