Biography
For over a decade Roman J. Shakh successfully represented victims of car accidents, truck/tractor trailer accidents, falls in buildings or on sidewalks, construction accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect/abuse, and victims of police brutality and excessive force or other civil rights violations. He secured tens of millions of dollars, by way of settlements, verdicts or judgments, for his clients.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Roman Shakh worked in Emergency Medical Services in New York City, under auspices of FDNY, and on Long Island, rendering advanced emergency medical critical care. The clinical experience gained during the seventeen years in EMS certainly translated into skills in medical malpractice and complex injury litigation.

Be Patient and It all Work Out
Great experience. I had a horrible experience with the prior attorney handling my case. It all turned around after I hired Roman. I was not ready to wait as long as I was forced to. But Roman’s mantra was always “be patient”. I am glad I was.
