About Zvi
Biography
I am able to draw on a wide-ranging legal background, which includes divorce, probate, commercial litigation, landlord tenant, real estate, corporate formations, arbitration, collections, and guardianships, to better serve my clients. I am able to utilize my varied legal experiences to develop a better way to serve my clients.
I meet with each client privately and work with him or her to develop a litigation strategy that best suits his or her needs. As cases develop, I always keep my clients updated and work with them to adopt our strategy when needed. I do not believe that what works for one client works for them all. I individualize my approach for each client based on their legal scenario and their goals.
As you can see from my former clients’ testimonials, I work with each of my client’s personally and make myself available to them as needed. I continue to work with each client throughout his or her legal matter.
I stay with my clients every step of the way thorough his or her legal matter. No matter how tough the case gets, I keep fighting hard for my clients to get them the result the want.
In additional to my private practice, I also volunteer as an arbitrator at the Brooklyn Bar Association, Part 137 Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Program. This has helped me further develop my litigation skills. I have also served in court appointed rolls, which include court evaluator, guardian ad litem, and referee.

Rude and unprofessional
I called to ask a legal question before hiring Zvi, and all I got is a rude answer that it will cost me money for consultation. The other lawyers did not ask for money before I became a client. So you lost a client.

Replied last March 31, 2022First of all, please give me a call or send me an email with the details if someone in my office was rude to you on the phone and I will look into it right away. I do not tolerate rude behavior in my office and all staff are instructed to be courteous. But, it is unclear from your comment if someone was rude to you in their comments, or if you thought it was rude that we charge a fee for our services, including a consultation. So if the latter, let me explain. While many attorneys offer a "free" consultation merely as a way to reel a client into their office and then hit them with high fees, we do not engage in such behavior. My office only provides high quality legal services, and we must charge a fee in order to do so - we are always up front about what the cost will be. So while I do not know the question you called to ask, I can tell you that to answer any legal question requires a thorough review of facts and legal analysis. If you question had a simple answer, you could have used Google. You are asking an attorney because it requires skill, special knowledge, and detailed analysis. No attorney can do that over a few minutes phone call. The ones that do are either giving you general advise that doesn't really answer your question or, worse, the wrong answer.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Honest
