Driving violations

PINK OATH TICKET

This was honestly amazing honest service from Philippe Gerschel, help me fought off an OATH ticket. Comfortable and honest conversation, I absolutely recommend him because I spoke to two other lawyers for the same thing and they were being dishonest about cost and expectations. Phillipe is highly ...knowledgeable (unlike the other two I spoke to about my pink oath ticket) Thank you!!

Honest from the start

Upon entering my information for a consultation, I received a call within 5 minutes. Mr. Gerschel was honest and explained that in my borough getting a case dismissed is very difficult. He was knowledgeable on who the judges were and what my outcome might be. He answered all of my questions and I ...went ahead and hired him to represent me. Whenever I emailed him, he answered by the end of the day and called me immediately after my case was over. He is someone I would recommend to others looking for a lawyer. My outcome could not have been better.

Tremendously Helpful

Philippe was incredibly helpful with my consultation. I was confronted with a ticket, and wasn't sure of what direction to go in. TLC lawyer service

I hired Mister Gerschel to represent me in a TLC hearing, for a Speeding ticket. Not only did I NOT have to appear myself, Mr Gerschel got me a GREAT settlement! NO POINTS on my license and a $500 fine!(well worth it) because my Insurance would have Skyrocketed and who knows what the TLC and DMV wou...ld have punished me with!! He was Terrific and IF I ever need Mr Gerschel's services Again; I would Not hesitate to do so!!! Great Job Sir!!!
