Cell phone ticket - great service

Up front and honest about the process and what to expect from start to finish. He worked independently and saved me a ton of time not having to go to court, but also kept me in the loop on his plan of action. I would recommend using Philippe without question. Benefits of time saved not going to court... far outweigh the cost of hiring an attorney.
