Lawyer you could trust

At a time of uncertainty and anger I had no knowledge of family legal issues nor did I know where to start looking for the right law firm. I needed someone who I could afford while preparing for my own financial changes to come. I consulted with a couple groups and had the same uncertain feeling as I... did in the beginning. Then I had a consultation with Mr. Gilmer, who took me into his office promptly upon my arrival. He gave me multiple phone numbers and his email ensuring he would make himself available as soon as he was able to, and he did! I valued his counsel because he kept a personable relationship at the professional level. George Gilmer is exactly the attorney I would recommend for family court because I could trust him as my attorney to fight for something so important to me.

Great attorney, great experience. George Gilmer is all about winning

I needed a family court attorney with experience and came across Mr Gilmer through a Google search. I read through his reviews and found myself calling him shortly after. Its was important to me that he have experience as a litigator and needed to be experienced in Family Court proceedings. After sp...eaking with Mr Gilmer for over an hour, I was convinced he was the lawyer I needed. Mr. Gilmer was fair with his pricing and responded well to my many questions. When he litigated in court, he was well spoken, aggressive and knew his way around the courtroom. He did not allow the apposition to contoll the tempo of the court proceedings and he conveyed my position with confidence and seemed very knowledgeable. Mr Gilmer also responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Mr Gilmer for his legal services.

unjustified firing from your Job

when I was told I needed a lawyer. I knew who to call. Mr Gilmer listen to me explain my case. He was so patient and honest with me. He give me some positive feedback. I would recommend this firm to Everyone.

Best lawyer

During one of the most difficult and scariest time in my life, I walked into George Gilmer’s office. It all changed from there. I started off needing an uncontested divorce, which is what I thought. This led into a huge child custody and support battle. It wasn’t your average case. My ex moved out of... the state, and had the kids for the summer but refused to return them. He kidnapped them from me, while I was taking care of them for the past 3 years when my ex husband abandoned us. I was lost and George helped me get my kids back. He scheduled immediate court dates, since time was have an essence. He didn’t stop working my case, until he got me all the right court orders, and had my kids returned into the state. He later got me sole custody, proving to the judge that the dad was unfit. He completely changed my life with his dedication and hard work. He was consistent, contacted me when necessary, returned all my emails and phone calls. He never missed a court date and boy were there many. His rates were more than reasonable and fair. I would recommend George Gilmer to anyone who is looking for a loyal, professional and aggressive lawyer. Everything he promised would happen did happen. I will forever be grateful for his services.

Top Notch Attorney

I recently hired the Gilmer Law Firm to handle a child support case for me. He was very knowledgeable in dealing with this of type situation and had given me a very fair price compared to several other attorneys I spoke with. From our first discussion he made me feel very comfortable and confident ab...out my case and he was quick to respond to all my calls and questions. I live in another state so he set it up for me to testify electronically from my state instead of having to incur the expense of a hotel and traveling into NY for court. Everything went the way he had explained and he got my case dismissed. I HIGHLY recommend Mr.George Gilmer and the Gilmer Law Firm
