OUTCOME: After I got on the case and advocated on behalf of the parents the case was closed as unfounded and the parents were finally able to mourn the loss of their child in peace.

ACS administrative case. Parents were accused of the abuse of their newborn child because the infant child died in her sleep. ACS opened an investigation against these parents despite having no proof t ... hat there was any wrongdoing on the part of the parents.
