Jesse Curtis Rose

Over a decade ago, in March of 2013, I was deposed as a witness by the Law Firm of Philips & Associates on behalf of one of their clients. The attorney representing Philips Law was a gentleman by the name of Mr. Jesse Rose. He was polite and professional, leaving a lasting impression with me. Fast... forward to the present, I found myself needing a lawyer for (to make a long story short) unpaid wages & overtime, retaliation, and discrimination & harassment in the workplace. Thanks to Google, I was able to locate Mr. Rose who now had his own law practice, The Rose Law Group. I made an appointment for my free consultation. After spending over an hour in his office conveying my long, convoluted story, I was skeptical if he really had a grasp of what I was trying to say. This is because I am a little methodical and unorthodox in the way I express myself. A few days later, Jesse sent me a draft of the law suit. To my surprise, he nailed it on the head. He was able to comprehend my craziness and put everything together in a coherent manner. Jesse listens empathetically and has great patience. I had anticipated my legal action would be an overwhelming experience. Jesse made it understandable for me, explaining to me what was going on every step of the way, and was always straightforward in presenting all my options. He was always available and responded expeditiously when I called with a question. I am very satisfied with the results of my case and could now go on with my life. I’m so glad I sought him out to represent me and will definitely use him again if I need a lawyer in the future.

I first heard of Atorney Jesse Rose last year in the summer when I was fired unfairly and my best friend recommended his service . I was walking in such a complicated world having to sue someone and having to deal with such a situation but the moment I made the call to request an appointment in Mr ...Rose's office in NYC , things became better. I said my story with or without the right information but I felt really like telling my frustration to one of my best friends because that's how Mr Rose made me feel which was great. Most people would have said maybe i didnt have a case. It seems that on the phone most attorneys i contacted rushed me into making decisions or gave me attitude because i didnt understand litigation terminology. I would say Jesse Rose was a little pushy. At the office I left feeling not empowered bu...t rather still confused and felt as if he was a little smug with me; not being rude but rather coming off as the smart kid in class who sped through knowledge as if your supposed to pick it up as fast as him. I had many questions but felt rushed like he didnt have the time for me , so i didnt ask questions. I remember saying that i did not have the money to go to court and was trying to avoid that option and he clearly expressed his dis concern saying as a lawyer when he has a client that states they may not be able to pay it makes him not want to take the case. Overall he was rather polite and he did get on the case. He fought for me and he took a case that most probably would say did not exist but i believed in my heart that the problem was relevant and i had been done wrong. Would I hire Jesse Rose again ....absolutely because he was honest and candid with me about my situation. He contacted me several times and i didnt really have to put forth much work. He did the work after sitting down and drawing up a complaint.
