Excellent Experience

I had worked at a restaurant chain and I was given a contract when hired. The company never honored the contract after 2 years of working at the place, they were refusing to honor the contract. That's when I contacted Mr. Rose, he invited me to come to his office, when I arrived he was with another c...lient and his assistant told me to have a seat. Just a few minutes later I was welcomed into his office where we began to discuss my case. Mr. Rose assured me that he would try to do what ever he could in order to help me, he was very polite and respectful. He took my case and contacted my former employer, just over a month later we were given a settlement offer that Mr. Rose was able to negotiate with my former employer. The entire time that he was working on the case he always made sure to keep me updated on the status. I am very thankful for the experience I encountered while working with him and I would recommend his services to anyone who is in need of an employment attorney.

Honest and reliable

I was fairly distrustful of lawyers until I hired Jesse. I mean, lawyer-speak is insane. Trying to negotiate a contract if you don't speak it fluently is an exercise in futility. So naturally, non-lawyers are a little leery of anyone who does. But Jesse put me at ease instantly. His down-to-earth, pe...rsonable style was a welcome surprise, and his tell-it-like-it-is honesty was a much-needed respite in the at-times overwhelming process of dealing with an organization that was desperately trying to screw me over. He gave me excellent advice about a difficult situation, and negotiated the best possible contract for me. Even better, he didn't over-charge me, even though he could have and gotten away with it. And on top of all that, he's got a good sense of humor. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire him, and would hire him again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises. If you're looking for an honest lawyer, this is your guy. Now all I need to do is find an honest mechanic and my life will be hunky-dory. I'm not gonna hold my breath on that one, though. ;)
