Elliot Amir Rahimi

Elliot A. Rahimi, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of Rahimi Law Firm P.C., where he passionately advocates for individuals navigating the complexities of immigration law and criminal defense. With extensive experience handling a wide range of immigration matters, he regularly represents clients before Immigration Courts and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), fighting tenaciously to secure legal status and relief.

Mr. Rahimi earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, where he served as a Staff Member of the Moot Court Honor Society and represented the school in the Price Media International Moot Court Competition in Oxford, England. He is admitted to practice in New York and is an active member of the New York Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
