I am not writing this review as David has handled my case yet, but just to say everyone out there he is so humble that he replied to my long email which i had written to him on my case..its not that i consulted and got free advise but he has motivated me to go ahead and go ahead saying i still have hope. This review is long time due. After years of struggle from one lawyer to another i finally came across David profile on Avvo by searching on google. I remember my case was so messed up by my previous lawyer that all i needed was just another opinion ( i was desperate ). I called the office and David spoke with me briefly and advised me to go meet with him. After i explained the situation i decided to proceed with him. There are many attorneys out there but believe me i have gone perhaps in over 50 offices for consultations most of them don't even pay attention to your story case. I am sure they have million things going on but no offense to many attorneys out there good or bad , most times you are just a dollar bill to them. David listened very carefully to what said , took notes and explained my options. He explained the fees upfront exactly how things should be done. My green card application was through my husband whom i have a baby boy but believe it or not my whole process took almost 2 years. I cant even explain the back and forth interviews while i was pregnant, my info pass appointments ect. However I was able to communicate with David and his Associate Holly 90% of the time via email (due to my crazy work schedule) and they were as helpful as if i were to be at their office face to face. I highly recommend David to anyone out there who needs a case solved and not just thrown out there with the rest of the files. Thank you David and the team. David Katona is a very knowledgeable lawyer who will listen and study your case carefully to ensure the best immigration route for you. Not only was he able to prepare and guide us on to obtaining two E-2 visas but he managed to favor our situation so much so that we got one 4 year visa and another 5 year visa in our first attempt. He was always there when we needed him although we were sometimes at a 3 - 12 hour time difference and made us feel very comfortable through the process. Attorney Katona has been sent to me from heaven! Before I spoke to him I have consulted with close to 10 lawyers, including the most prestigious, representing celebrities and such & they were giving conflicting information, not giving straight answers and actually mislead me & I have almost lost my opportiunity for a GC.
