I had a ticket for being almost 40 miles over speed limit. Lee never gave up, actually encouraged me to keep fighting and worked the system to reduce an 8 point ticket over 600 bucks and $450 additional fees to a total of just above $200. Hugely helpful, worth every buck and I would and will hire him... again if I ever need such support.

A little background on the situation. I was charged with speeding 58 mph in a 35 mph zone. The penalties for this ticket include 6 points on your NY driving record, a $393 fine, a $300 driver responsibility assessment, and a possible increase in your insurance premiums. He was able to get the ...ticket reduced to a non-speeding violation. This ticket reduces the points from 6 points to 2 points. This ticket also avoids the $300 New York driver responsibility assessment and lastly, it is a non-speeding violation which means that this ticket cannot be used to revoke my New York driving privileges for 3 speeding tickets in any 18 month period. Finally I have to paid only a $240 fine. 2 points none speeding ticket and $240 fine instead of 6 points speeding ticket and $693 fine, I could not be more happy! Did I tell you that his fees are very reasonnable too!

My son, a new driver, got into an accident (only damaging his car alone) but was slapped with fines and high points on i84. Mr shelton charged a reasonable price and handled the entire case settling prior to the court date for a parking ticket violation and fine. (No points on his record, no ride o...f insurance premiums etc) Had we handled this ourselves it would have cost me a day from work and would not have been able to negotiate as favorable terms.
