Lee Shelton is the best! Incredibly responsive and professional, never too busy for a quick (and potentially annoying) question or thought. And most importantly he gets results. I had a cell phone ticket - THAT'S POTENTIALLY 5 POINTS - and a hefty fine, insurance increase, etc, and Lee was able to... get my ticket dismissed with ZERO fine, ZERO points, ZERO anything. Highly recommended.

I contacted Mr Shelton to represent me over 2 major traffic tickets. I was very upset because the traffic tickets were bogus and written by 2 dirty cops that were either corrupt or incompetent. My license was suspended because of them. Once I hired Mr Shelton he just knew what to do he was able to ap...pear in court for me that very day and was able to have my suspensions terminated. I was also able to fax him a letter of my consent authorizing him to appear on my behalf without the need for me to be be there present. I was able to email him copies of the traffic violations and pay his fee online which was very reasonable especially for a great Attorney. When he finally did appear in court for me he contacted me I was facing a drivers license suspension around $800 in fines and court surcharge plus over $300 to the dmv for what is called a drivers responsibility assessment ( any body with over 6 point in there license has to automatically pay a assessment to the dmv every year it $300 a year for 6 points plus a extra $75 for each additional point ) when Mr Shelton finally did go to court for my hearing about 2 month latter he asked me if I wanted to fight the tickets completely but we choose instead to plea bargain and having 1 of the moving violations dismiss the other moving violation he was able to plebargin it down to a parking ticket for $80 in total. If I would have lost I would of had to pay $800 + $300 to the dmv and I would of had at least six point on my license plus my car insurance would of went up and my license also would of been suspended. So at the end of the day all I had to pay was a $80 parking ticket with no points. In my was Mr Shelton was more than a good lawyer and more like a Miracle worker he also gave me his personal cell number and I was able to reach him my phone or email 24/7 he also informed me that I could get old points reduced by taking a drivers course online which was very easy to do so now my drive ring record is 100% clean thanks to him I’m very grateful

I had a ticket for being almost 40 miles over speed limit. Lee never gave up, actually encouraged me to keep fighting and worked the system to reduce an 8 point ticket over 600 bucks and $450 additional fees to a total of just above $200. Hugely helpful, worth every buck and I would and will hire him... again if I ever need such support.

I hired Mr Shelton to represent my son at court for a speeding ticket 90/55 and unlicensed driver ticket , the unlicensed got dismissed and the speeding was 8 points he got it reduced to 2 points as a non speeding violation I highly recommend him he is working on another speeding ticket for my son a...s we speak this guy is awesome reasonable priced and always answers his calls unless in court he will def get back to you ASAP HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
