I received a speeding ticket for 35 over in an area that tends to prosecute harshly. I didn't think much could be done but I decided to get some legal help. I used Lee Shelton to represent me for a traffic court case. I received a ticket for speeding worth up to 6 points which also included $700 in fines and a likely increase in insurance premiums. Lee got me off with only a $300 fine, no points, and nothing on my driver's record so no possible insuran...ce premium increase. It ended costing me less to have Lee represent me at his very reasonable rate than to have paid all of the fines for the ticket. He doesn't dismiss the gravity of the situation, going to court for you. Just don't wait till the last minute to call him (I called like 3 weeks before, my court date. But it was when I received my notice. You'll have to go get something notarized, for him to represent you. And you may need info from your insurance company. Thank you Lee!
