I was caught on the radar driving 100 mph at 65 mph zone. The penalties for this ticket include 8 points on your NY driving record, a $693 fine, a $450 driver responsibility assessment, and a possible increase in your insurance premiums. The Judge is especially hard on speeding tickets that are 31 mp...h or more over the limit. However, Mr. Shelton was able to get the ticket reduced to 5 mph over the limit or 70 mph in a 65 mph zone, resulting in point reduction from 8 points to 3 points! Also, my total fine has been reduced to only $293. Needless to say, I am beyond grateful for Mr. Shelton's help, expertise and knowledge. The whole experience from getting the ticket to resolving the matter, Mr. Shelton's service was seamless. He made a difficult and very stressful situation feel easy. I rely on my car every day for commute to work from out of state. So, this ticket could have had a catastrophic effect. I am writing this review so that others like me is able to find Mr. Shelton and get their issue resolved.
