We were very pleased with the services of Mr. Shelton. We retained him for a speeding ticket received in Middletown, NY. The violation would have resulted in 4 points and a fine of $393. Mr. Shelton was able to get a reduced violation to a non-speeding infraction with no points and a fine of $243.... In addition, we did not have to make the trip upstate since he represented us in court. Throughout the process, Mr. Shelton was courteous and informative. I was facing suspension of my driving privilege with two tickets that I had. I found Lee through an online search and hiring him as the attorney to represent me was the best decision I made. The judge did require that I pay the maximum fine for these reduced tickets however I think this was a fair outcome as in reality I was facing a far more stressful situation with the potential suspension of my license and Lee was able to make a stressful situation far less stressful.
