1/23/2020 I wa represented by Mr. Shelton himself for a speeding ticket I recieved in Yonkers, NY. I was definitely expecting to receive points on my license. I was doing 86mph in a 55mph. 26mph over the posted limit. Not only did Mr. Shelton get the ticket reduced, he was able to avoid me receiving... over $600.00 dollars in fines, and avoided me getting points on my license for this offense. Couldn’t be more grateful that I chose such a great lawyer for my case, was doing well over twice the speed limit not only facing a fine and points as well as possible license suspension. I was charged with speeding 87 mph in a 55 mph zone. The penalties for this ticket include 8 points on my NY driving record, a $693 fine, a $450 NY driver responsibility assessment, and a possible increase in my insurance premiums. Lee was able to get the ticket reduced to 10 mph over the limit o...r 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. This reduces the points from 8 points to 3 points. Unlike the originally charged ticket, it is not a violation that by itself can be used to raise my insurance premiums. This reduction also completely avoids the $450 driver responsibility assessment. It also reduces the fine.
