This lawyer is the bees knees!! The penalties for the ticket included 3 points, a $243 fine, and increased exposure to both the driver responsibility assessment and a possible increase in his insurance premiums!! Mr. Shelton was able to get the  ticket reduced to a parking violation with a NO POINT v...iolation so it will not harm my dad's driving record or affect his automobile insurance premiums.  In fact, it will not even appear on his driving record. I didn't have to go back to NY once and everything was handled. Also the price is super reasonable and saves you time and money!

Lee was able to get a 91 in a 55 mph zone reduced from 8 points to 2 points with a non speeding violation. Fine should have been 693 plus 450 surcharge.
