Fantastic Traffic Moving Charge Defense

I was charged of a moving charge in NYS, after an accident. The firm swiftly told me their expected range of outcome, which has better expectations (up to charge dismissal) than any other lawyers I consulted with. This was a very difficult case as our client was charged with an accident in relation to the ticket. Even though we submitted proof to the prosecutor that any damage to the adverse vehicle had been paid by our client's insurance, they maintained a "no plea offer" position. This means that our client would have either had to plead guilty as charged, or defend the case at trial. Obviously we were not going to plead our client to the top charge, because that makes no sense if the prosecutor wants the conviction without making a reduced offer they must earn that at trial. We had perfected our discovery demands and when the State's disclosure came in it was obvious to our office that they could not so much as assert a prima facie showing at trial. Consequently, we made a written motion on notice to the prosecutor to dismiss. Our case was so strong that the prosecution did not even oppose, and the motion to dismiss was granted by the court.

Effective and efficient

Couldn't be happier with my representation by Mike Palumbo's office. The phone was answered immediately, two different professionals congenially and seamlessly got my case (a speeding ticket with points) into the firm's system, I was represented at court by Mike's firm and the outcome was a zero-poin...t, low-fine parking violation. Questions after the fact about the correct online defensive driving course were answered immediately and directly by Mike via email. Mike's firm is an effective machine that will take care of your ticket with no additional effort on your point beyond the initial payment of a reasonable fee.

Michael Palumbo

Michael helped me every step of the way though a ticket I got in Staten Island. I called him and he answered immediately which was great because I didn't get the usual office run around. He handled every thing for me. Most importantly, my case was found not guilty. I had a very good experience w...ith him. Excellent service, better than I expected.

I had a 60/50 speeding ticket in VT. Mr. Palumbo's team got it dismissed and saved me hundreds of dollars in fines and insurance increase. Awesome service!!! Better than I expected. I'm really glad I chose their services.
