NYC Traffic Court

My speeding ticket was dismissed. I was very suspect to if this would actually work but after a year and a half it was thrown out. Very happy and impressed!

From 3 to 0 points while I was out of town!

I got a speeding ticket while I was on my to the airport to for a long business trip. I contacted Mr. Palumbo's office from my destination and they resolved my ticket with a plea from Speeding 75/65 (3 Points) to Muffler violation, a 0 point infraction! This was all done while I was out of town.

I was a 9 pointer. Now I'm a 0 pointer.

In August 2015, I was pulled over and given two citations. My citations were for following too closely, and for use of a cellular device while driving. The amount of points accumulated from these violations would have gone above six points, which would have given me a $350 New York observation fee,... on top of ticket fines and higher insurance premiums. These tickets could have put me in financial turmoil and I was panicking over what I could do. I hired Michael Palumbo's attorneys to fight these tickets. After hunting for other lawyer firms to fight this similar case, these guys right here have the confidence, the knowledge, and the staff to fight your case no matter what District of New York you are in. Your mind is at ease with these gentlemen. After everything was said and done my nine point ticket violations got brought down to zero points with a $125 parking ticket.
