Professional and helpful
I had two tickets while driving in NY state, one speeding and one move over ticket. While I work in MA, it would be a pain if I go to the courts and handle the tickets myself. Michael's service is so great that I don't need to do anything after submitting all the materials. The speeding ticket finall...
I fully appreciate this review, however I would like to point something out. The reviewer said that we costed more than "average" lawyers. This is not true. It's not true because there is no such thing as an "average" lawyer. When you hire a lawyer you always want to look for 2 things: (1) a lawyer that specializes in what you need, and (2) a lawyer that charges a healthy fee. This is because by specializing the lawyer's reputation resides in that practice area. Which in turn makes you their most important client. With a generalist or someone who just does traffic ticket defense as a side practice, you are their least important client. Everything else that lawyer does comes before you and your case. You never want to be your lawyer's least important client. You want a lawyer that charges a healthy fee because that tells you that the lawyer is willing to advocate for their worth. This means that the lawyer is willing to advocate for you in court. This also means that the lawyer is making really good money, which means that not only does the lawyer have a professional interest in your case, but he has a personal economic interest in your case. What I am saying holds true for any practice area. The difference between paying the right price and a cheap price for someone who really does not care about you or your case is negligible. In this case, as in all of our traffic ticket cases, our clients pay hundreds to save thousands. It's always worth it to hire the right lawyer at the right price.

Very knowledgeble and professional traffic attorney
Mr. Palumbo and his team have exceeded my expectations. They managed to get my ticket dismissed at the Brooklyn TVB which I know is next to impossible. I would definitely recommend this attorney to anyone who has ever had a run in with the NYPD.

Great Service & Results, Everything Exactly as Promised
Mr. Palumbo's office operates like a well-oiled machine, everyone from the receptionists to Attorney Ron Ritz to Mr. Palumbo were outstanding. 5 stars, 10 points! Highly recommended! I got a bogus cell phone ticket I didn't deserve but didn't want to take a chance on going in alone to represent my...

Thank You to Palumbo & Associates!
With their help, my daughter's speeding ticket was dismissed! My college student daughter, who holds a California Driver's License, got a very unfair ticket in Dutchess County -- the officer alleged that she was going 68 in a 55 mile zone. Which she was NOT! Because she holds a CA DL, she wouldn't ha...
Never ever consent to a search of your vehicle. Even if you have "nothing to hide." Most cops are good and are trying to do their job, but some are bad and you don't get to pick which cops you deal with. Cops plant evidence all the time to give themselves overtime and stand out among their peers to get promotions and better assignments. You have a 4th amendment right to be free from warrantless, unreasonable searches and seizures. When a cop asks for consent to search a vehicle, simply say "I'm sorry officer, but I don't give consent to search." If a cop asks you to get out of your vehicle ask them if they are asking or ordering. Unless they order you out of the car don't get out. If they do order you out of the car roll the windows up, turn the car off, lock it, and put the key in your pocket. When you do that the police have to get a search warrant if they see anything suspicious in the vehicle because nothing in there is "reachable" or "grabbable."
