I had two speeding tickets on the Taconic Parkway, one 20 mph over the limit and the other 25 mph over the limit. The Palumbo firm handled everything including correspondence with the court and appearing in court on my behalf without my needing to be there. One ticket was reduced to a 2 point traff...ic device violation and the other ticket was reduced to a zero point parking violation. They charge a fee for their services but I'm happy that the outcome and that I did not have to clear my sch...edule to attend court (he did all that). Palumbo's office always answered phone calls. He called me personally once when I first hired him to ask if I had any questions but I had not heard from him since then. The next time I heard from them was 1 month later when my ticket had been resolved. They could've called to keep me more in the loop during that time but I'm not complaining. I'm sure they have other clients and they did they're job as promised. If it had been a much longer time period I would've followed up on my own by calling them, I know they would've answered. Overall, very happy with his services.
