Got a ticket for speeding on my way back from upstate NY, would have been very annoying to go to court myself to plead my innocence. Also would have been hard to get it reduced/overturned from the 4 point violation. They handled my case perfectly, reduced it to a fine and had pretty good communicatio...n with me along the way. Only criticism is I had to follow up between when they took on my case and when my court date was because I felt in the dark but once I reached out, they were very quick to reply same day and with a lot of information!
