Unfortunately I have had to use the services of Micheal J Palumbo twice for speeding infractions and both times, my dealings were professional and he is very knowledgeable. Everything was taken care of everything always keeping me informed in the process. I had even forgotten about a court date until... they emailed that all had been resolved and i was found NOT Guilty. I refer Michael Palumbo to my friends and highly recommend.

Michael's office did a great job, they dismissed my ticket in NYC, which with new laws brings severe penalties if found guilty. Due to the way the system is set up in NYC, you're either guilty or not, there is no room to negotiate. The chances of winning are tough and Michael was able to do so ...I definitely recommend his services, money was definitely worth it!!

Was traveling eastbound on I84 in the Town of Patterson, Putman County, NY. I came around a curve and saw a New York State Police car on the side of the road with his emergency lights flashing. There was no one in front or behind him, he was sitting alone. I had enough time to slow down and pull o...ver a little before I passed him. 30 seconds later he was in my rear view, pulling me over and issued me a failure to move over ticket. Did not pull fully over to the left lane. This was the first time I have been pulled over in 25 years. Thanks to Michael Palumbo and his team my three point moving violation was reduced to a zero point ticket.
