Lifted my 6 month License Suspension

Sold a truck and never turned in the plates. This led to my license being suspended for 6 months. With the person i sold it to not cooperating, it seemed like it would be impossible for my license to be lifted. Michael Palumbo was persistent on solving this issue and in the end I ended up getting my ...suspension lifted!

The J in his name stands for JUSTICE

I have a clean driving record and drive an agency vehicle often for work. In the last 20 years, I have received two tickets and one citation because public safety had to fill a quota. Honest, Albeit, very very RUDE.

Was initially interested in hiring this guy to represent me in an unpaid/collections toll settlement dispute, but upon hearing a few of my personal details, (most striking being how we can't afford the retainer fee), he began to erratically rattle off reasons why a 'healthy young man should have a jo...b', how i should 'sell my car, because its just sitting around with an empty tank', among other insulting comments. He also proceeded to tell me to 'Stop talking" while I tried to defend myself AS he shouted at me his job search results for my county: 'You should be a nurse, theyre always hiring'. 'Why dont you work security'? 'Whats your degree? See that's the problem, you should've been an electrical engineer'. Mike, I'm sorry we didn't end up choosing you, but here's a tip: Don't berate a potential client based off of your own bias/incentive. I ended up contacting the collections agency DIRECTLY/worked out a better and CHEAPER settlement agreement. Way better than dealing with this 'Lawyer'. GOD BLESS YOU, MIKE!

It's not that he could not afford the retainer fee, he could not afford ANYTHING. He called us knowing that he could not afford to pay anything. Nonetheless, when he told me that he was 33 and not working, and had not been working, we started to discuss job prospects. At the time he seemed like an okay guy we were just talking. I told him that all the retail stores were hiring, and that he would have better job opportunities in the STEM fields instead of in entertainment where he used to work. I did not shout at him or berate him we were talking. It's apparent that is just angry that he could not hustle me into solving his LAWSUIT at no cost. It is just a tremendous sense of entitlement to call a professional service provider and think that they should work for you, a total stranger, at no cost. This is a business, not a charity. And instead of seeking employment, this guy sits around and tries to trash me online. If he put as much effort into seeking gainful employment that he does making false allegations against me, he would not be broke and looking for handouts.

Help with Speeding Ticket

Michael was able to help me so that I did not receive points on my license. His team did a great job of communication and was able to get everything handled and charges brought down to just a small fine.
