I am from New Jersey and have never been to Vermont before.My girlfriend got us reservations for a bed and breakfast up there in November.Driving through one of the small towns up there I was pulled over by a police officer for speeding.No excuses but was generally going with the rest of the traffic ...and didn't think I was speeding.Speed signs change very quickly from area to area and wasn't familiar with the area..I contacted Michael by Google search as his reviews were fantastic.He got back to me very quickly and we took it from there. There is a term, "you get what you pay for". I discussed my situation with Mr Palumbo and he gave me the layout of what were going to have to do to rectify my situation. We then discussed the price and though it was not cheap, I was still going to save some big bucks in insurance if things went my wa...y. He told me that we had a good shot, but nothing is 100%. Well, he got my case overturned and I am in the process of clearing things up with my insurance and getting refunded. Very happy camper. Thant you Mike Palumbo!

4 point, ~$400 ticket for doing 75 in a 55 on I-95 in Harrison, NY where the officer included an affidavit stating that I acknowledged that speed during the stop reduced to a zero point, $175 parking ticket. After paying Michael and the parking ticket, I estimate that I saved $500 versus the $400 ti...cket plus the insurance surcharge and I still have a point buffer with DMV. Not much more to say here. Awesome outcome - only better result comes from not speeding in the first place. The only thing the team could have done is provided a couple more touch points and updates through the process but when I did call, they were good about getting back and providing updates.

My experience was outstanding with Michael's firm. I received a speeding ticket in Upstate NY while visiting for a wedding and I live in Florida. They handled everything for me and were able to get my plea to a lesser charge and my fine reduced. Desperate (driving suspension) after reviewing the consequences of 2 moving violation with multiple points accumulated with in a year. Called the number late at night not hopeful someone may answer but I was surprised Atty Mike answered himself-discussed & instructions given, sent back the paper work...s & payment, the following day or two his office given me information of what, when, & how they gonna proceed with the case. To make this story a bit shorter-after a considerable amount of time or I would say if your violation happened in NYC the strategies and considerations may be different compared if happened outside the city and may took longer to have a favorable result. Anyway, the end result is a very impressive and satisfying service-no court appearance & a speedy service! Don't wait! Call Mike & attack that ticket!
