My son and I were driving up to visit Plattsburgh university at 3 am in the dark pouring rain in unfamiliar hilly roads. While heading downward on one of those roads we saw a car sittingin the blackness with no lights on, I told him to put on his brights to view the vehicle, which turned ou tto be s...tate police who ticketed him for speeding and use of brights unfairly.
