Mr. Palumbo answered or returned all phone calls made about the case. He was successful in dismissing the charges brought against me with one simple fee. He was upfront with the fee and the explained how he would handle the speeding charge. Mr. Palumbo kept me informed, but mostly through e-mail ...or U.S. mail. As a truck driver, I cannot check my email or my mailbox regularly. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the services rendered and well worth the money paid. As a truck driver, any violation hurts my ratings, so the ticket being dismissed helps tremendously. I would definitely recommend his service for anybody.

Once you give him all the documents, he takes care of everything till the end of the case. All you may have to do in the end is pay some fines via mail. The only thing I thought he could have done better is that he could have kept me better informed. However, it is not a big issue as he gets everyth...ing done perfectly :)
