Resolved my case, settled for a non-moving violation with 0-point. I found about this firm from google search, and reached out through their website. Next day I got a call and they convinced me that they are the right firm to represent me. I had contacted few other firms, but this firm convinced me ...right away. Given this pandemic time, process took long. I would reach out for update every other week or so (being my 1st ticket not sure what the process was, ho long it takes etc.), and every time they would respond right away providing me update. Hopefully I don't get any ticket again, but if I do, I would definitely choose Palumbo again.
