Absolute lie. You should be ashamed of yourself. You failed to pay tolls in NY for an extended period of time, and even did so AFTER you got caught, entered a payment plan, and defaulted on the payment plan. Your father called me in a panic because your vehicle registration was AGAIN being suspended because you clearly have a sense of entitlement and think that you are exempt from paying tolls. Daddy was in a panic, because you have a cushy job with the City of NY and, without a car, you were in risk of losing your easy job and the government pension that came along with it. The MTA already cut you a break, but upon you again failing to pay tolls after not paying on your first set of tolls you defaulted on, they were not going to give you any breaks. Neither you or daddy told me that you had already defaulted and that was your second time you failed to pay tolls. I nonetheless settled the case, albeit without a discount. However, that's not on me, that's on you. You are the are the architect of your problems, and rather than hold yourself accountable blame everyone else for your problems. I got your matter resolved and trained you on how to pay your tolls timely going forward. Because of me, you did not lose your lucrative government job. Your criticisms of me are pathetic and disgusting.

Great Job

This is not the first time I hired an attorney to fight for my speeding ticket. The last attorney in Queens County kept pushing back the court date until finally plea guilty, two years later. Mr. Palumbo and Associates did an excellent job and got my ticket dismissed. Money is well spent; believ...e it or not, it is worth it. If I had been found guilty of 6-point speeding, the DMV would have paid a driver responsibility assessment of an additional $300.00 above the court fine + the ticket cost + increase in insurance premium. Thanks.

Great experience

I received a cell phone violation from a walking officer while stopped at a red light. Michael explained my rights and the process in one call then we proceeded. Minimal communication was required and Michael was onto of every step. The ticket was dismissed saving me a lot of insurance costs.

Hired Mike for EZ Pass

Be careful guys, I ignored the other 1 star reviews and now I had the same experience. First off, not only is he rude on the phone but over text, which isn’t smart for a lawyer. Furthermore, I told him the balance owed to Ez Pass and the Port Authority and how my registration was suspended. He gives ...me false reassurance. I paid $2,500 to hear the same thing that the MTA told me. He did not negotiate my balance a $1. I could’ve used that $2,500 to pay off the balance myself. $2,500 does not grow on trees. Only hire this lawyer if you have an extra $2,500 laying around.

I wasn't rude, nor did I give false assurances. You hired me to represent you just before the MTA. Nonetheless, I assisted you at no additional cost with your Port Authority arrearages and suspensions, of which you did not even know you were suspended by them, you thought it was just the MTA. Not only do I verbally tell everyone I don't know the exact settlement offer I can get them, the following language is contained in my retainer agreement: "Although we have consistently obtained excellent results for our clients, please note that we do not guarantee a particular or even favorable result. In other words, we might be unsuccessful at negotiating a reduction of the amount owed or payment plan despite our best efforts." YOU signed that contract, so it's grossly disingenuous that you claim I give you false assurances. I also consulted you on how to escalate your matter directly to the MTA to make an application for a reduction of violations due to financial hardship, and consulted you about your option for bankruptcy, as well as other options. You claim that I told you whatever it was the MTA told you, however, that begs the question, if you already negotiated a settlement and know what to do, why did you hire me to do it? I'll answer the question: because you were confused and could not figure out how to do it yourself, so you hired my office. I did the job for you that you hired me to do, and a lot more at no additional cost. You have no right to complain.

Delinquent Toll Port Authority/MTA

Attorney Palumbo, Was easy to deal with professional and efficient. He actually discovered I had issues with the Port Authority not just the MTA as I believed. He was able to resolve my issue quickly, I highly recommend his services.
