we are a very small company located in Pa. our first trip out of state into NY.,Our truck broke down on side of the road and wouldnt ya know there was an officer right there to inspect us., Well long story short, we got citations for being over weight , over lenght,no turn signals, no lights( due t...o things out of our control.),failure to use emergency equipment, any way, we came across" attack my ticket site" and did a ton of reading.,( thier site is very informative and has all the answers you may need. I was driving my wife and daughter home one night and was pulled over for speeding while passing through New York state. The officer was in a bad mood and issued me a multi-point ticket. This was my first speeding ticket and I soon discovered that NY's traffic laws are more complex than my own st...ate. I spoke with a couple of traffic attorneys on the phone the following day.
